Terms & Conditions

1. General provisions

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between MYNT Mobility d.o.o. (hereinafter: MYNT) and users who use the mobile application and electric scooter, bicycle, and similar micromobility vehicle rental services (hereinafter: services).

2. Eligibility requirements

The user must be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid driving licence of category AM or higher (or an equivalent licence recognised in the EU, Switzerland, Norway, or Iceland, or a valid international driving permit). The user must be the sole operator of the vehicle. Transfer of the vehicle to third parties is prohibited.

3. Acceptance of terms

By registering a user account and using the services, the user confirms they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the services.

4. User account

To use the services, the user must create a user account and provide accurate and complete personal information. Providing false personal data constitutes a criminal offence and may result in permanent account suspension and reporting to the relevant authorities. The user is responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and for all activities carried out through their account.

5. Vehicle use and prohibited activities

The user agrees to use vehicles in accordance with traffic regulations and to park them only in permitted zones marked in the application and in a manner prescribed by law. The user must wear a helmet for the entire duration of the ride. In Croatia, helmet use is mandatory. Helmets are provided in the vehicle topcase. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Use under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or psychoactive substances
• Off-road use, stunts, racing, or use for commercial transport
• Transporting children under 12 years of age
• Taking the vehicle outside the designated service area or across international borders
• Carrying hazardous materials
• Any modification, repair, or tampering with the vehicle

6. Service area and vehicle return

The service is available within the defined geographic zone shown in the application. The user may ride outside the zone but must return the vehicle and end the rental within a permitted parking zone. Ending a rental outside the defined zone is not possible and will result in continued billing. Should the vehicle be left outside the defined zone, a relocation fee of €100.00 will apply.

7. Payment and account restrictions

Services are charged according to the current price list published in the application. The user consents to automatic charging of their payment method for all completed rides and active subscriptions, as well as for any damage to the vehicle. Activated but unused prepaid packages are non-refundable. All outstanding unpaid amounts will block the user's ability to use the service until fully settled.

8. Insurance

Vehicles are covered by mandatory civil liability insurance in accordance with applicable law. Insurance does not cover intentional damage, damage resulting from a breach of these Terms, or damage caused while riding under the influence of alcohol or psychoactive substances. In such cases the user bears full financial liability.

9. Damage charges

MYNT Mobility d.o.o. has the right to charge for all damage to the vehicle occurring during the rental and immediately after the rental ends. The User is obligated to report any damage or accident immediately upon occurrence through the application; MYNT contact details are available in the app. Failure to report does not release the User from liability. Indicative damage charges are as follows (final amount depends on actual costs):

• Lost or damaged helmet: €70.00
• Vehicle repair: up to €900.00
• Total loss / theft of vehicle: up to €4,000.00

MYNT reserves the right to charge actual costs exceeding these amounts where circumstances justify.

10. Liability

MYNT is not liable for damages resulting from improper vehicle use, traffic violations, or user conduct contrary to these Terms. The user assumes full responsibility for any vehicle damage occurring during the rental period.

11. Reporting to authorities and fines

MYNT Mobility d.o.o. reserves the right to forward user personal data to competent authorities (police, municipal enforcement, inspection) in the event of a recorded traffic regulation violation, improper vehicle parking, commission of a traffic offence using a rented vehicle, or detection of unreported vehicle damage. Reporting is carried out in accordance with applicable laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any monetary fine or penalty notice received by MYNT from competent authorities as a result of the User's conduct will be passed on to the User in the full amount of the fine, plus an additional administrative fee of €20.00 per fine. 12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. The courts in Dubrovnik, Croatia shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
